Terms of Service

Welcome to Language Bands (powered by Fly Air, "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," "Teacher," "Consultant," or "Visitor") and Fly Air regarding your access to and use of our web application, authenticated portals, APIs, and associated education services.

By creating an account, enrolling in courses, submitting visa application inquiries, accessing study abroad directories, or using our AI learning tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are strictly prohibited.
• You must possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms under applicable local, national, and international laws.

Fly Air operates on a unified One Account, One Identity architecture. Your credentials provide seamless access to language learning, course enrollments, university applications, and consultant communications.

Account Responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify our support team at security@languagebands.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your account credentials with any third party.

Document Vault Terms:

Our Document Vault allows students to securely store academic transcripts, language proficiency certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, JLPT, HSK), letters of recommendation, and passport identification. All sensitive files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Fly Air will only share these documents with universities or consultants upon your explicit authorization during an application submission.

The Language Learning Center provides structured grammar lessons, reading passages, vocabulary drills, kanji practice, listening exercises, and mock examinations.

Content is translated and localized into supported languages (Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, French, and German) to assist comprehension. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and practice with these materials for personal, non-commercial education.

Usage Rules:

• You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, re-sell, or reverse-engineer our proprietary language curriculum, quiz answer keys, audio recordings, or translation sets.
• Automated scraping of our translation dictionaries or exercise databases is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.

Our Study Abroad Directory covers hundreds of institutions and country profiles compiled through extensive research. We make every effort to ensure that tuition ranges, rankings, minimum GPA requirements, language test thresholds, and visa processing estimates reflect current official guidelines.

However, university policies, admission deadlines, tuition fees, and government visa regulations change frequently. Fly Air does not guarantee admission to any educational institution. Users are strongly advised to verify crucial deadlines and requirements directly with the institution's admissions office or through our verified consultants.

Fly Air provides matchmaking and workflow tools connecting students with licensed education advisors and visa consultants. While we perform verification and background checks on all participating consultants:

Students are responsible for the authenticity and truthfulness of all submitted papers. Submitting forged documents or false declarations will lead to immediate expulsion from our platform and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Certain features, such as premium course enrollments, certified mock exams, and personalized consultancy packages, require payment.

Payment Methods & Ledger:

We accept local mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa), direct bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are logged to an append-only financial ledger to prevent tampering and guarantee complete auditability.

Refund Policy:

• Course Enrollments: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the course curriculum and have not downloaded certification documents.
• Consultancy Consultations: Refundable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed by the student are non-refundable.
• Digital Subscriptions / AI Credits: Fees for monthly subscriptions and used AI credits are non-refundable once activated.

Teacher Commissions & Payouts:

Instructors receive payouts according to established platform commission rules. Payouts are reviewed and disbursed in accordance with local banking laws and tax withholdings.

Fly Air integrates artificial intelligence tools including the AI Language Tutor, SOP/Essay Advisor, Study Planner, and Visa Eligibility Assessor.

Rules of Acceptable AI Use:

• Assistive Intent: Our Statement of Purpose (SOP) generator is structured as an outline and brainstorming assistant. You must write and finalize your application materials in your own authentic voice.
• No Prompt Injections: Attempting to manipulate system prompts, bypass rate limits, or trick AI models into generating harmful, offensive, or fraudulent text is prohibited. We log automated security diagnostics on all model interactions.
• Quota Enforcement: Free and premium tiers have daily quota allocations. Creating automated accounts to bypass quota limits constitutes a violation of these Terms.

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation, or discriminatory comments regarding nationality, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
